If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, our team is here to help you find a better alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
